I am a Hoosier, born and raised, and I have spent the last 20 years in Northwest Indiana. I absolutely love the lake, community, and atmosphere, and I could never imagine living anywhere else. My husband and I are raising our girls here, and we are enjoying every moment of it. I own a rental property in my hometown of Crawfordsville, Indiana, and as I navigated the world of owning a rental property, I became interested in real estate. Taking the McColly Real Estate class was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I passed the class and state exam on the first try and graduated from the class in December. In April, I sold my first home and fell head over heels in love with helping people buy and sell real estate. I love the negotiation skills required, the way it connects me to different types of people, but most of all, I love seeing my client's face light up when the real estate transaction is finished!
